Oasis Fertility announced it has raised $50 million in funding from private equity firm Kedaara Capital for a significant minority stake in the company.

The company also runs an accredited in-house training academy, Oasis School for Human Embryology and Reproductive Medicine (OSHERM), which has trained over 200 medical professionals and published over 60 research papers. The company plans to use the proceeds of the fund raised for strategic acquisitions and expand in India and adjacent overseas markets.
