Nums AI, a developer of foundation models for tabular data, has completed the second closing of its pre-seed round by raising ₩2 billion from Mirae Asset Venture Investment and Korea Investment Partners. This brings the company's total pre-seed funding to ₩6 billion, including ₩4 billion raised in the first closing from Stonebridge Ventures, SBVA, KT Investment, and Base Ventures. The company's Causilo model ranked first in all three categories at TabArena, a global benchmark for tabular-data AI, and was featured by NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang at GTC Berlin 2026. Nums AI was also selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' 2026 TIPS R&D General Track, providing an additional ₩800 million in research funding.
