Description

NexGen Cloud, a London-based AI cloud solutions provider, secured a $106M senior secured term loan facility through USD.AI's GPU Loan Exchange (GLX) platform, with participation from Silver Point Capital and Victory Park Capital. The facility follows a $34M loan announced in June 2026 for NVIDIA B200 deployment in Sweden. Funds will finance 216 NVIDIA HGX B300 servers (1,728 GPUs) at a Tier III data center in Finland to expand AI cloud infrastructure. NexGen Cloud serves as an NVIDIA Cloud Partner offering sovereign-by-design, full-stack AI cloud environments across Europe and North America.
