MNT-Halan completed three securitisation issuances totaling EGP4 billion ($76.5 million) for subsidiaries Halan Consumer Finance and Tasaheel for Finance. The issuances include EGP528.5 million ($10.1 million) for Halan Consumer Finance, EGP1.2 billion ($23 million), and EGP2.28 billion ($43.6 million) for Tasaheel for Finance. These securitisation deals strengthen MNT-Halan's access to diversified funding sources. The financing supports the continued expansion of the company's financing activities across Egypt.
