Copenhagen-based Lumilab, spun out of University of Copenhagen research, has raised pre-seed funding led by Giant Ventures with participation from GANNI founder Nicolaj Reffstrup, former Danish minister Tommy Ahlers, and former NVIDIA Senior Director Thomas Skov Reunert. The company develops an AI-powered operations platform that connects fragmented data and software systems to monitor energy infrastructure and automate operational workflows. Lumilab's platform enables AI agents to identify faults and execute predefined actions across electric vehicle charging networks, solar installations, and battery parks. The funding will support team expansion and scaling of deployments across global energy infrastructure.
