Le Botaniste is a plant-based organic food and wine bar concept that began in 2015 with a reinvented 19th-century-style pharmacy in Ghent, Belgium, and has since expanded to three locations in Belgium and four in New York City, offering creatively healthful fast-casual dining where every dish is assembled at the veggie bar in beautiful, sustainable, light-filled spaces designed for both solo guests and groups to enjoy.
