The funds were raised through the listing of its five-year fixed-rate bond on FMDQ Securities Exchange. The proceeds will facilitate improved access to renewable energy solutions and financial inclusion across Nigeria. The transaction was sponsored by FirstCap Limited as lead sponsor and AVA Capital Partners Limited as co-sponsor.
