InTouchNow has secured £2.3m in seed funding led by Ada Ventures, with participation from Exceptional Ventures and Kadmos Capital. The funding will support development of the company's AI voice agent technology designed for NHS general practices to reduce pressure on reception teams. The technology is already live in over 150 practices across the UK and supports patient calls in over 80 languages and 200 regional accents. This marks the first venture capital investment into a primary care AI voice agent operating in the NHS.
