Description
Hyperlayer, a banking technology firm enabling lenders to modernise without replacing core platforms, has raised £19.5m in a Series A2 follow-on round led by existing investor Flintlock Capital. The funding also attracted support from Mouro Capital and Susquehanna Private Equity Investments, alongside returning and new investors. The company plans to deploy capital towards product expansion, engineering, implementation, and geographic expansion into the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Joe Shamess from Flintlock Capital joins Hyperlayer's board as part of the deal.
