On September 10, 2026, HealthStream, Inc. entered into a Second Amendment to its Amended and Restated Revolving Credit Agreement. This amendment allows the company to draw on a revolving loan facility with a maximum principal amount of $50 million. The funding is aimed at bolstering HealthStream's operational capabilities and supporting its ongoing growth
