Israeli cybersecurity company Guardio has secured $40 million in a funding round that values the company at $1.1 billion. The financing was led by existing investors including ION Crossover Partners and Union Tech Ventures. Guardio has achieved significant growth with over $150 million in annual recurring revenue and one million paying customers. The investment will allow the company to accelerate its growth without diluting existing shareholders.
