Flexential has established an $800 million credit facility to accelerate the development of new data center capacity. The financing will support over 130 megawatts (MW) of new capacity across various markets. Current projects include facilities in Atlanta-Douglasville, Portland-Hillsboro, and Denver-Parker. This capital will help meet the increasing demand driven by enterprise and AI needs.
