French FoodTech startup Edonia has raised €15 million for the commercial use of its ready-to-eat protein ingredients derived from microalgae. The funding round was led by SWEN Blue Ocean 2, Asterion Ventures, EIT Food, and Bpifrance. With this investment, Edonia aims to scale its production and supply to food manufacturers across Europe, Japan, and the US. This follows a previous €2 million round in 2024.
