Description

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) has secured $510 million for the La Esperanza Solar project in Mexico, supported by Natixis CIB. This financing aims to enhance the energy supply and reliability in the Yucatan Peninsula. The project will provide clean energy and contribute to grid decongestion. It's expected to have significant impacts due to its capacity of 420 MWdc of solar energy combined with a 150 MW battery storage system.
