About

Climax Foods was formerly knonw as Bettani Farms. Bettani Farms is on a mission to create a more sustainable and inclusive cheese industry with our protein-rich, dairy-free technology. Our proprietary Caseed™ protein mimics the functionality and mouthfeel of dairy casein (the protein that allows traditional mozzarella, cheddar, and jack cheeses to melt and stretch) without the allergenicity of animal and lab grown dairy, nuts, or soy. The ingredient also offers a creamy texture, neutral flavor profile, and white color, making a range of other protein-rich, dairy-free cheeses possible, including feta, goat, cream cheese, brie, and blue. We are keen to partner with foodservice operators and CPG brands to bring our products to market at scale.
