Circio Holding ASA has completed a NOK300m financing package, including warrants and a private placement, bringing its total capital raised in H1 2026 to approximately NOK620m. The new funds will support the preclinical development of its circVec technology and accelerate a lead gene therapy programme. More than 400 subscribers participated, including existing shareholders and management. This funding is transformative for Circio as it pursues its goal to become an international biotech leader.
