On September 14, 2026, CDW Corporation entered into an underwriting agreement to issue and sell $1.5 billion in Senior Notes. This includes $600 million in 5.700% notes due 2029, $500 million in 6.100% notes due 2032, and $400 million in 6.350% notes due 2033.
