Capboard, a platform designed to manage equity, investors and equity plans for employees, has successfully closed an investment round of 285,000 euro with the aim of becoming leaders in southern Europe and Latin America. With this new financing round, the company aims to position itself as a leader for small and medium businesses.

Capboard was born out of the lack of visibility and knowledge employees in Europe have on their equity grants, thus not valuing them.
