CADDi, an AI software startup helping manufacturers organize and use engineering and production data, has raised $114 million in Series D funding at a $1.2 billion valuation. The round was led by Moore Strategic Ventures, Coreline Ventures, Woven Capital (Toyota's growth fund), and HR Tech Fund, with participation from existing backers including Atomico and Globis Capital Partners. The valuation more than doubles CADDi's previous $470 million valuation from March 2025, bringing total funding to $234 million. The company plans to expand its AI data platform for manufacturing across multiple systems and data types.
