Description
BounceBit was recently hit by a security vulnerability that resulted in the unauthorized transfer of 286.5 million BB tokens. Despite this incident, the company raised $6 million in a seed funding round led by Blockchain Capital and Breyer Capital. The affected network, BounceBit Chain, is set to be permanently shut down. BounceBit plans to reissue the BB token on BNB Chain, ensuring that the attackers' transfers will not be valid in the new offering.
