The International Finance Corporation (IFC) acquired an interest in Boost Holdings through a US$20 million preference-share investment that placed its post-money valuation at US$340 million. Boost continues to engage with other prospective investors for additional backing. Axiata Group's CEO indicated that more capital would help Boost with its expansion plans. An agreement signed on 31 July covered IFC’s subscription for 11.7 million preference shares.
