Battery Smart has successfully raised $19.5 million in a Series C funding round, achieving a valuation of $430 million. Existing investors Rising Tide Ventures led the round, with contributions from Ecosystem Integrity Fund and Blume Ventures. The raised capital will be utilized for business expansion, capital expenditures, and other corporate purposes. Founded in 2020, Battery Smart provides a battery-swapping network for electric two- and three-wheelers.
