Arivihan Technologies, an Indore-based edtech startup, has raised Rs 95.86 crore ($10 million) in a Series A round co-led by existing investors Accel India and Prosus, with each investing Rs 47.48 crore. GSF Group investors including Rajesh Sawhney, Dinesh Agarwal, Dinesh Gulati, and Gaurav Kapur also participated in the funding. The company provides AI-powered personalized learning services targeting students in tier-II cities and rural areas, with offerings in coaching, doubt-solving, and NEET preparation. Following the round, Accel India will hold 23.54% stake and Prosus 18.57%, with GSF Group collectively holding around 7%.
