Description
Architect Financial Technologies, founded by former FTX US president Brett Harrison, raised $35 million in Series A funding led by Miami International Holdings and Tioga Capital. The round included participation from Galaxy Ventures, ARK Invest, VanEck, Trumid, Geneva Trading, and Coinbase Ventures. The capital will accelerate growth of AX, the company's perpetual futures exchange for traditional assets including currencies, interest rates, stocks, and commodities. AX operates under Bermuda's regulatory framework and serves institutional clients globally, excluding the United States.
