Fluidra has appointed Jaime Ramirez as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from 1 June 2024. Bruce Brooks, the current CEO, will be stepping down on 31 August 2024 and continuing as a Non-Executive Director. The appointment follows a comprehensive succession planning process by the Board, and the company looks forward to its next phase of development and expansion.
