The Board of Directors unanimously decided to renew Sophie Boissard's term of office as Chief Executive Officer for a period of five years. Sophie Boissard has been leading the Clariane Group since 26 January 2016 and has profoundly transformed the Korian Group, which has become Clariane and will be a purpose-driven company in June 2023.
