Aktia Bank Plc announces the appointment of Karri Varis as the interim Chief Financial Officer effective from 1st September 2024. Varis will report to Aktia’s CEO and be a member of the Group’s Executive Committee. This appointment follows the decision of the current CFO, Outi Henriksson, to step down from her position at the end of August.
