Description
Zenas BioPharma and InnoCare Pharma have entered into a license agreement allowing Zenas to develop and commercialize orelabrutinib and two other drug candidates. The agreement includes rights to a novel IL-17AA/AF inhibitor and a TYK2 inhibitor, both aimed at treating autoimmune diseases. Zenas also announced a $120 million private placement to support its initiatives.
