Description

On August 7, 2026, YRI China Franchising, LLC, a subsidiary of YUM! Brands, entered into an Amended and Restated Master License Agreement (A&R MLA) with Yum Restaurants Consulting (Shanghai) Company Limited. This agreement amends the previous master license agreement by removing references to Pizza Hut and any royalties associated with it in the People's Republic of China. This adjustment reflects the completion of the China Transaction.
