Your Housing Group (YHG) and MCI Developments Limited have announced a partnership to deliver 38 affordable homes on the Cale Lane site in Aspull, Wigan. The project aims to provide safe and affordable homes for customers, featuring two and three bed homes for shared ownership and affordable rent, compliant with National Described Space Standards (NDSS) and equipped with solar PV panels and electric vehicle charging points.
