XTM Inc. has signed an exclusive referral agreement with KOHO Financial Inc. to offer enhanced financial services to its more than 100,000 AnyDay member base. The agreement includes closing conditions such as XTM closing a financing of $5 million CAD within 30 days of the effective date and audit rights.
