The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Office of Coast Survey has chosen Woolpert for a five-year, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract worth $450 million to provide vessel-based hydrographic survey services. Woolpert will acquire, process, and deliver bathymetric data for coastal regions of the U.S., supporting the creation, updating, and maintenance of nautical charts, as well as safety and efficiency of maritime activities, habitat mapping, and flood inundation modeling.
