Description

Wendel has announced a definitive partnership agreement, acquiring 75% of Monroe Capital LLC and sponsoring a program of $800 million to accelerate Monroe Capital’s growth. This partnership is expected to significantly expand Wendel’s Asset Management platform and rebalance its business model towards more recurring cash flows and growth.
