Ontario lawyer Lihua Bao has won a case against Welltrend United Consulting Inc., Beijing, for forging his name on 25 immigration applications submitted to Canadian immigration programs. The B.C. Court of Appeal dismissed the firm's attempt to overturn the $400,000 awarded to Bao.
