Description

Waverly Advisors, a federally registered investment adviser, has partnered with 9258 Wealth Management, an investment advisory firm and tax preparation and planning business headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, adding three Ohio-based office locations to Waverly’s footprint and $1 billion in assets under management (AUM). The acquisition marks Waverly’s 17th transaction since accepting an equity investment in December 2021 and has increased Waverly’s AUM to approximately $14.4 billion.
