WadzPay Worldwide Pte. Ltd. has secured a capital commitment of $36.7 million (SGD $50 million) from GEM Global Yield LLC. The partnership with GEM will accelerate WadzPay's growth strategy via acquisitions, partnerships, and organic initiatives, and equip the company for rapid scaling and innovation.
