Verastem Oncology has announced a strategic commercialization partnership with IQVIA Inc. (IQVIA) to support the potential launch in recurrent KRAS mutant low-grade serous ovarian cancer. The partnership includes a new credit facility for up to $150 million and an equity investment of $7.5 million with Oberland Capital Management LLC.
