Description

Uniti Group Inc. has announced the pricing of $1.4 billion aggregate principal amount of additional 8.250% Senior First Lien Notes due 2031 by Windstream Services, LLC and Windstream Escrow Finance Corp. The proceeds from the offering will be used by the Windstream Co-Issuers to fund the redemption of outstanding principal amount of Windstream’s 7.750% senior first lien notes due 2028 and to pay related premiums, fees, and expenses.
