Ubisoft has announced a partnership with Tencent to create a new subsidiary company that will own the valuable franchises of Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and Rainbow Six, as well as several Ubisoft studios. The subsidiary is valued at around €4 billion, with Tencent purchasing a 25% stake for just over €1 billion.
