Trigon Metals Inc. has received an indicative term sheet from Horizon Corporation Limited, proposing a loan of USD$5 million for the conclusion of the evaluation and due diligence for the sale of 100% ownership interest in the Kombat Mine in Namibia to Horizon. The Proposed Transaction is subject to various conditions, including due diligence, negotiation of definitive agreements, third party and regulatory approvals.
