The Philadelphia firm Sidkoff Pincus & Green secured a $4.2 million jury verdict in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania after a breach of contract suit related to a business partnership to provide technology services for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's medical marijuana program. The jury awarded TreCom Systems Group $4.2 million in damages after determining the contract that controlled the parties' business partnership.
