The One Destination has officially announced an investment partnership with Singapore's Terne Holdings and BTS Bernina Private Equity Fund to build Vietnam's first ESG real estate complex in Da Lat. The joint venture arrangement will hold a 30% stake in The One Destination, with the project spanning 5 hectares and having a total investment of VND 1.700 billion (~ USD 68m).
