Description
The High Court has ruled in favor of Prometheus Engineering & Consultants Ltd (PECL), ordering Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT) to pay $1.1 million for breaching an agreement to provide field service agents for its Blink operations over a three-year period. PECL responded to a TSTT request for proposal to sell and provide after-sales support for Blink products throughout TT, and the agreement was in effect from December 2016 to November 2019.
