TC Energy Corporation announced that its subsidiary, TransCanada PipeLines Limited, has commenced separate offers to purchase up to C$350,000,000 in aggregate purchase price, excluding accrued and unpaid interest, of its outstanding notes of the two series. The Offers will expire at 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on October 8, 2024, and may be subject to proration.
