Description

Talen Energy announced the receipt of the $300 million escrowed portion of the Cumulus data center campus purchase price from Amazon Web Services (AWS) after meeting development planning milestones as per the previously announced agreement. The funds were released and paid to Talen on Friday, August 23, upon completion of milestones that allow for development of the AWS campus to 960 MW of power consumption.
