Royalty Pharma and Syndax Pharmaceuticals have entered into a $350 million synthetic royalty funding agreement for Niktimvo, a first-in-class product with the potential to address the serious and devastating complications associated with chronic GVHD. This agreement will fund Syndax through profitability and ensure participation in the profits from Niktimvo, while Royalty Pharma will receive a 13.8% royalty on U.S. net sales of Niktimvo.
