Sweid & Sweid has initiated the construction of Sweid One, a 730 million UAE dirhams ($199 million) Grade-A office development in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), with Dutco Construction being awarded the construction contract. The project is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026 and will offer 500,000 square feet of office space along with food and beverage options, four underground parking levels, and Dubai Metro connectivity.
