Description

SurgePays, Inc. has entered into a Prepaid Wireless Purchase Commitment with Zulie Venture Inc., doing business as Etime System. The Agreement mandates Etime System to purchase a minimum of $4,000,000 worth of prepaid wireless transactions monthly, totaling at least $48,000,000 over the initial term. The Agreement is set to renew automatically for subsequent terms unless either party provides notice of nonrenewal.
