Description
The Lee Board of County Commissioners has approved a $3.2 million contract with Stultz Inc. to expand Rutenberg Park's facilities, adding eight lighted pickleball courts, a shade structure, ADA-compliant restrooms, an office building, parking lot improvements, new sidewalks, and a paved walking trail. The project will be funded through Community Park Impact Fees, with an expected completion time of about nine months.
