Description

Spirit AeroSystems has entered into a definitive merger agreement with The Boeing Company for an equity value of approximately $4.7 billion and an enterprise value of approximately $8.3 billion. Additionally, Spirit AeroSystems has also entered into a binding term sheet with Airbus SE for the acquisition of certain Spirit assets that serve Airbus programs.
